Product Descriptions
We have tried our best to ensure the reproduction of colours, styles and products provide an accurate representation of the item both through the photographs and the written descriptions. However as the colours of the product you see on your screen will vary from monitor to monitor we cannot guarantee the colour of the product received on delivery will be exactly the same as that seen on your monitor's display.
In the case of items made from hand dyed and hand printed fabric the colours may vary from piece to piece. Knock on the Door sees this as part of the originality and exclusivity of having a handmade product.

When you place an order with us or subscribe to our newsletter we agree that the information you submit to us will not be shared with third parties.
When you place an order with us you will automatically be subscribed to our newsletter. If you wish not to receive emails from us please email info@knockonthedooronline.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject box.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your chosen items in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
At Knock on the Door we make every effort to use environmentally friendly packaging. All orders are gift wrapped in our stylish black boxes, made largely from recycled materials, and are lined with black recycled tissue paper. Please think of the environment and reuse or recycle the packaging.
Standard Delivery: All deliveries will require a signature so please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package.
Overseas Delivery: Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange & Returns Policy
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the invoice date.
All items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the item has been soiled, damaged, worn or the Knock on the Door label removed. If this is the case the item will be returned to you and a refund or exchange will not be issued.
When a refund has been requested we will credit the original debit/credit card excluding delivery charges. (Delivery charges are deemed to include international customs duties and sales tax for orders outside the UK)
Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the item originally ordered. If you would like to swap your order for a completely new item you must return your original purchase and place a separate order for the new item.
If you have requested to exchange your order for a different size we will send it at no extra postage cost. For any returns thereafter postage will be charged.
When an exchange has been requested availability cannot be confirmed prior to the return of the original item. In cases where the exchange stock is unavailable a refund will be issued.
We suggest you return your purchase by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we will not exchange, refund or replace items that are lost in the post. Once we have received your return or exchange we will credit the original debit/credit card with £5.00 which we deem to cover the cost of the return postage incurred by the customer.
